It’s quiet in a way that feels almost staged, like the air itself is holding back a sound you expect but never get. The mountains sit heavy in the background, half-hidden, and the fog doesn’t just cover things, it kind of swallows them slowly. There’s a river in front, not rushing exactly, just moving because it has to, slipping past rocks that look like they’ve been there too long to remember anything else.
The motion is subtle, almost hesitant. Mist drifts in uneven layers, sometimes thinning, then gathering again like it forgot what it was doing. Water shifts in soft patterns, catching light in a muted way that feels right on a 4K display, especially across an ultrawide or dual monitor where the valley stretches wider than expected. On Windows or macOS it just sits there, alive but not distracting, like background breathing more than animation.
Feels like something you’d keep on during long stretches of nothing, or when you need the screen to not interrupt your head. It leans calm, but there’s a slight edge to it, maybe from the fog or the way the trees fade into it. Not dramatic, just… present.
