From a Simple Hobby to a Personal Project
It all started back in 2024. I didn’t plan to build a website. I just had a genuine passion for live wallpapers.
I loved how animated backgrounds could make a screen feel alive — like it was breathing with you. The difference between a static image and a live wallpaper was huge. It motivated me, calmed me, gave me a vibe.
So, I started collecting them. Day after day — one, two, ten... I kept adding new ones. I tried every theme I could find: nature, space, neon, anime, abstract. Before I knew it, I had hundreds of live wallpapers sitting on my drive.
That’s when I asked myself:
That was the beginning of Wallsflow.com.
Building Wallsflow – Pixel by Pixel
The project started with zero budget, no team, no monetization plan. Just me, my passion, and a simple goal: to offer a free and safe space for live wallpapers.
I started small, uploading 1–2 wallpapers a day. I tested every one manually, categorized them by resolution and theme, and kept the site clean and easy to use. Even today, this isn’t a commercial project — I still see it as a personal collection I decided to share, not a business.
Safety First
One of the reasons I built Wallsflow was pure frustration: most wallpaper sites online are either full of aggressive ads, sketchy software, or fake download buttons.
That’s why Wallsflow does NOT include:

misleading or unsafe ads

redirects or shady links

popups or aggressive banners
Every file is checked, clean, and uploaded manually. I wanted users to be able to download just like I wish I could have when I started — safely, without worrying about viruses or spyware.

Not everyone wants to install heavy third-party apps like Wallpaper Engine or Lively. Some just want a lightweight, fast way to see their favorite wallpapers in motion.
That’s when the idea for Wallsflow New Tab was born.
